The Ivy Singles Social Club (is a coalition of Ivy League, Seven Sister and other prestigious schools' regional alumni associations that sponsors social activities. Our events are open to all single alumni of member schools and their guests. Most attendees are in their 40s, 50s or early 60s. All ages are welcome.

After the tour you can enjoy free Thai appetizers at a restaurant and a free energy session at a wellness center.

Join the Ivy Social Club, International Club, and alumni from Princeton, Yale, Harvard, MIT, Columbia, Dartmouth, Cornell, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Wellesley, Stanford, Smith, NYU, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, Thunderbird, Kennedy School, HBAS, and Vassar; and friends for free energy sessions at a wellness center followed by a Viennese Ball at the Embassy of Austria on January 31.

Schedule, Jan. 31 5:30pm to 8:30pm you can receive a free energy sessions at the Sukyo Mahikari Center of Washington DC, 4479 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC.

7pm Enjoy a sumptuous Viennese dinner including wine at the Embassy of Austria.

8:30pm Experience a Viennese Waltz Ball including dancing to the live music of the famous Salon Orchestra.

Location Energy sessions will be at the Sukyo Mahikari Center of Washington DC, 4479 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC. Two blocks from the Van Ness Metro.

The Viennese Ball and Dinner will be a the Embassy of Austria, 3524 International Court, NW, Washington, DC 20008. Three blocks from the Van Ness Metro.

The International Club of DC and the Vienna Waltz Society will organize the Dinner and Ball.

At the Embassy, black tie or formal wear are optional. There will be street parking, but not parking at the embassy.

Celebrate the holidays at the French Embassy with a magnificent gala evening with French wine and desserts along with dancing to the Salon Orchestra of Washington. Enjoy the grand celebration of Viennese music and dancing on a wooden floor. Experience the splendor and spirit of Vienna and elegance of the waltz. A partner or prior dance experience are not needed to attend, as Viennese Waltz lessons will be offered just before the ball. You do not need a date to attend as we expect both singles and couples to join us. There will be a caricature artist available to entertain you. White House Christmas Tour Dec. 21

The tour is pending approval from the White House. US Secret Service will announce the time two weeks prior to the tour, if it is approved. After you complete the first part of registration, Bruce will send to you a link to the White House website where you can complete the second part of register for the tour. The White House will ask you for your social security number so that Secret Service can do a background check. You may bring up to 2 guests.

The Cornell and Dartmouth Clubs of Washington Are Pleased to Host

The Ivy Singles Social Club November Event at the Pen Arts Building

Join us for an evening of exceptional company and conversation at the Pen Arts Building and Art Museum, home of the National League of Pen Women.

The Pen Arts Building is an elegant Victorian mansion located in Washington’s Dupont Circle neighborhood. It was the favorite mansion on the 48th Annual Dupont Circle House Tour. The twenty-room, Washington Troubadour mansion was designed as a private residence for opera singer Sarah Whittemore (her next home was Whittemore House, home of the Woman’s National Democratic Club). One of the later residents was Todd Lincoln, son of President Abraham Lincoln).

The National League of American Pen Women is a nonprofit organization of professional women in arts, letters, and music that was founded in 1897. Its mission is to support and promote creative excellence and professional standards among women in the arts.

Refreshments include hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar (white wine, beer, soda, water).

The Ivy Singles Social Club (ISSC) is a coalition of Ivy League, Seven Sister and other prestigious schools' regional alumni associations that sponsors social activities. Our events are open to all single alumni of member schools and their guests. Most of our attendees are in their 30's, 40's or 50's. All ages are welcome.
 
We would welcome volunteers for our board who are alumni of the University of Chicago, Brown, Penn, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Mt. Holyoke, Bryn Mawr, Smith, and similar colleges. It's fun and educational to organize events. Interested? Mention it at the front desk of our events, or contact one of our event organizers!
